There are three area in which Cerebro can help you.
- Planning. You can iteratively create project structure from top to depth. You can choose detail level on each stage. You do not have to make full project specification, but you can do it if you want. Cerebro can offer money and time planning approaches, cloning tools (to avoid similar branches creation routines), pictured project’s layout export to Excel® and many other.
- Collaborate. Supervisors can use Cerebro to give work orders, while employees use it post work reports. Supervisors have rich possibilities to fetch important reports. After they may approve work or write correction review. With help of Cerebro’s internal viewer/player Eye supervisors can paint over report’s picture, compose motion comment and supply review with narrate. Cerebro offer great options to work separated peoples together.
- `Control. Cerebro will have warned you if things going other than you have planned it. Each work report accompanied with spent time (in fact money) and progress. Cerebro sum it to calculate total costs and progress over project’s branches, so you can examine what goes wrong. You also can observe every task’s making history.
