This project is developed in blender 2.90.1

This download contains a complete furnished house with garden. everything is textured and the lighting is completely baked for fast Eevee renders – perfect if you’re looking to create an environment in your video game or virtual reality experience! This model can also stand on its own as commercial property, so it’s great whether you want something functional or creative too.

Short discription
This is one of the best houses in town. The decor inside will make you feel right at home with all of that classic style and originality!This is a orginal designed and modeled house and doesnt exist in the real world.

Performance

The scene is optimised to get as much performance and as little memory usage. I would still reccomend a system with at least 8gb RAM or more, but if you’re on the go then don’t worry about it because this program only takes up 4GB of space in your computer’s resources!

The output tone should be informative

If your GPU doesnt have enough memory, you can always choose to render with cycles on your CPU.

This makes it easier for you to fine tune your experience. You can optimize performance by disabling certain layers like the vegetation, interior lights or even lower down on shadows resolution if needed!

Orginality
This summer, I created a residential garden in my hometown. It’s the first time that this project has been done and it was an honor for me because not only does our town have beautiful scenery but also great people! To start off designing everything from scratch made things much more challenging than usual which is why all elements were designed originally with original plans – including furniture pieces like chairs or tables by Philippe Starck himself (yes really). The only assets imported into your game are one car on site as well as some trees/bushes outside; however they’re set up differently depending if you want cars inside garage where possible then just move them around willy-nilly without any care about their placement since we’ll be adding new stuff anyway during gameplay 😉

The picture frames inside the house are renders from my other projects.

Eevee
The scene is designed and optimised around eevee. All the lighting, reflections, animations are baked in by using an irradiance volume cube to get quick renders! As new assets are added they will automatically adopt these qualities as well making this program perfect for producing high quality graphics quickly without much work on your end (or even depending how good you do with texture painting).

Cycles
All assets and materials work with Cycles, The HDRI and sunlight might need to be tweaked a bit for interior renders. For sky color you could also use flat blue or something light in shade like gray-blue..

Other engines/software

Use an HUE node to map different colors for each wood type, so you can change the colormap in any game engine.
This material uses the same RGB color mapping with a hue2D convolution layer connected directly on top of it – which means that instead of editing materials like white or blue woods individually through their textures file paths (which would be tedious), simply replace all instances referencing those 2d images with corresponding 3d models/skins etc.; then modify these new assets as needed within whatever software program is being used such as Photoshop CC 2015+, After Effects CS6+ Adobe Illustrator CS5.

In order to keep your pool water safe and enjoyable, you should check the chemical levels on a regular basis. If they’re low or starting to go away then it’s time for some new chemicals!

The 3D grass is a particle system and can’t be exported from Blender.
