Tutorial I Rendering Caustics In Blender With Appleseed And Blenderseed

Caustics are really tough for Cycles. In that case, it makes sense to switch from a closed-source renderer like water2blood or liquid with its own lighting system and try an open source one instead such as appleseed which is powerful but lacks some features people might want in their animations.

In order not have problems when rendering caustics they should select “No Effects” at render time.
